Dr. Daniel Fisher House

This Federal style mansion was built in 1840 for a prosperous whaling captain. It is one of the finest examples of architecture on the island with a portico, cupola and balustrades. Today it serves as one of the most popular wedding reception and special events facilities on Martha's Vineyard. Tours of the house are available.
